Open Heart Labyrinth©
Enter the pathway and Listen with the ear of the heart. Invite and gather all feelings and thoughts, Integrating them as your heart softens. Entering the expansiveness of the heart, Unite with Holy Wisdom. Recognize your connection And take part in the embrace. A finger labyrinth can be “walked” by placing a finger at the entrance found at the bottom of the design and following the unbroken path to the center. As you trace the path, from the outside to the center, at whatever pace feels right to you, you may opt to: a. Quiet your mind, or b. Pray for yourself or someone else, or c. Keep a question in mind At the center, pause and take several deep breaths. Here, many believe that you are closest to the center of spirit, and greater insight is available to you. When you are ready to leave the center, retrace the path from the center out. Upon leaving the labyrinth, be thankful and grateful for the opportunity to bring the strength and wisdom of the your experience back into your daily life. Teach me the wisdom in my secret heart. -Psalm 51:6 |
